The house is solely for the guests checked in. Max 12 guests allowed.
Family and mature guests only.
Parties are not permitted at my house,
No loud noise or music as this is a quite neighbourhood.
All bookings obtained under false pretences will not be permitted to check-in.
No smoking house
Sorry no pets.
Additional cleaning and disinfection measures are in place.
Hand sanitiser provided, also cleaning and disinfecting products are available for guests to use.
On arrival I will leave a key in the locked security box by the front door. I will
email you the access code before arrival.

Castle View House is 10 minute drive to Rossbeigh blue flag beach, Dooks Golf Club, Caragh lake. Killorglin town and other tourist attractions.
It is the ideal location for families, hill walkers, golfing, fishing and water sports.

Glenbeigh is situated on the famous Ring of Kerry (N70). It is the ideal base from which to explore the rest of the Kingdom of Kerry as we are within easy access of the other coastal towns and villages, being 10 minutes from Killorglin and Kells, 25 minutes from Caherciveen and 30 minutes from Killarney.
Glenbeigh is a coastal village and is just 5 minutes drive from the famous Rossbeigh Beach which is 7 kilometres in length and one of the most beautiful sandy beaches in Ireland.
Rossbeigh Beach is a beautiful sandy Blue Flag beach. It is ideal for swimming. windsurfing, sailing, horse-trekking, sailing, sea fishing, shore fishing and many other water sports and activities are available.
Burkes Activity Centre is only a short drive away. There is a wide range of activities which include Horse Trekking, .Horse riding on the beach.
Glenbeigh and its surrounding areas offers a wide variety of walking routes from quiet country roads to coastal areas...to The Kerry Way and the ascent of Ireland's highest mountain, Carrauntuohill. Perched high above Caragh Lake lies the naturally beautiful district of Glencar which is a popular section of the Kerry Way Walking Route. It also offers some of the most picturesque picnic areas imaginable.

Fishing in Glenbeigh
There are many rivers in Glenbeigh where you can fish. Also, Killorglin is situated on the River Laune, an excellent salmon fishing river. The River Laune boasts a run of salmon and the river also drains the largest of the Killarney Lakes which is known for its brown trout. Caragh Lake lies just on the outskirts of Killorglin town. The lake is five miles long by one mile wide and is well known to artists, walkers and lovers of nature alike. This freshwater lake with its backdrop of the MacGillycuddy Reeks mountain range and the lower Caragh River is renowned for salmon and trout fishing and for various water sports.

The Skelligs scenes from the most recent Star Wars film Episode VII "The Force Awakens" were filmed at the islands in 2014. The Skelligs features prominently at the end of the movie where the audience is reintroduced to Star Wars' original hero Luke Skywalker . Filming took place again in 2015 for Episode VIII "The Last Jedi" .
