Within walking distance of the centre of Dingle town, nestled into the foot of the surrounding hills, lies Cois Chnoic (Irish for 'beside the hill'). This chic family home sized semi-detached house is ideal to be close to all amenities but out of the bustle of the busy town centre. In a small estate, with plenty of parking, the house is painted in calming tones, from the outset, entering through the sea-green painted door, into the light filled porch, the tone is set immediately and its air of relaxed luxury and contemporary style envelops you.

The stairs and first floor are carpeted in soft luxurious grey carpet and stylish light fittings set off the decor. Waking up in the spacious master bedroom to the front of the house, you don't even need to leave your comfortable double bed to enjoy the an uninterrupted view of the hillside. Awaken to the sight of rolling fields, lush trees and the sound of birdsong in this restful paradise. With ample drawers and a clothes rail there is plenty of storage - whether it's outdoor wear for enjoying the countryside or glad rags for a night in Dingle's famous pubs. An ensuite WC and electric shower completes the master suite, stylishly decorated with feature tiles.

There is another double bedroom to the back of the house with chic mid-century style reading lamps, perfect for devouring the last few pages of your holiday read. The room has ample storage drawers, clothes rail and a full length mirror on its restful lilac grey walls.

A spacious twin room to the back of the house, has plenty of floorspace for children to play, as well as double fitted wardrobes for fashionista visitors to hang their holiday wardrobe.

As well as the ground floor WC and master bedroom ensuite shower room, there is a full family bathroom to the front of the house upstairs, with shower, bath, sink and WC. Again decorated with geometric patterned feature tiles and stylish contemporary sanitary ware.

The living room is a restful retreat with soft grey couches and a diesel blue accent chair continuing the serene decor. A plush rug warms underfoot and windows look out towards the hills.
